<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 4 terminal ceramic capacitor the mounting surface of which can be reduced furthermore while enhancing vibration resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A 4 terminal ceramic capacitor includes a rectangular parallelepiped ceramic capacitor 10, a pair of electrodes 20, 21 formed on the side faces 10a, 10b facing each other, and lead wires 30, 31 of hairpin shape connected with the pair of electrodes 20, 21, respectively. The lead wires 30(31) include a pair of straight parts 30a, 30b(31a, 31b) extending in the longitudinal direction of the side faces 10a(10b), and curved parts 30c(31c) connecting the ends of the pair of straight parts 30a, 30b(31a, 31b) smoothly. One straight part 30a(31a) is connected with the electrode 20(21), the other straight part 30b(31b) is provided separately from the electrode 20(21), and the curved part 30c(31c) extends in a direction perpendicular to the side face 10a(10b) in the plan view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
