<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet storage device which can improve movability and visibility, and to provide an image formation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet P is gripped and retained by a storage guide 304 and a plurality of retention members 305a-305e provided in a width direction between a conveyance guide 303.
