<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrooptic device that can precisely arrange an electrooptic panel on a pedestal without a device for moving the electrooptic panel with high precision, the electrooptic device that can be manufactured using the manufacturing method, and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: The display device includes a pedestal part, an electrooptic panel, and a pressure-sensitive adhesion layer or adhesion layer for mutually fixing the pedestal part and the electrooptic panel. The pedestal part has one or a plurality of movable parts.
