<p>An energy-saving coal burning boiler with a multi-section furnace arch, comprising a hearth body; the hearth body is provided with a furnace tank (6) thereon and a cold water wall (2) on the inner wall thereof; the water inlet of the cold water wall (2) is connected to a water tank (7), and the other end of the cold water wall is connected to the furnace tank (6); the hearth body is provided with a front arch (1) and a back arch (3) therein; the back arch (3) is of a sectional type structure, and is provided with an ash removing hole (4) thereon; the hearth body is also provided with a manhole (5) thereon; the furnace tank (6)is connected to a heat recovery unit (9) via a pipeline; and the heat recovery unit (9) is connected to a three-Tandem-tower desulfurization precipitator (10). The coal burning boiler has the advantages of split high temperature flue gas flow, adjustable hearth temperature, equalized combustion point temperature, increased effective furnace arc length, full combustion of highly volatile coal, improved adaptability of coal types, and simple ash removal and maintenance.</p> |
