A flat-panel display device (20), a stereo display device (30), and a plasma display device (40). The flat-panel display device (20) comprises a backlight system (21) and a display panel (22). The backlight system (21) comprises a light source (25), a light-diffusion mechanism (24), and a back frame (23). The back frame (23) supports the light source (25) and the light-diffusion mechanism (24), said light-diffusion mechanism (24) conducting light from the light source (25) to the display panel (22). The back frame (23) comprises main assembly components (291, 292, 293, 294, 261, 262) and secondary assembly components (295, 296) as well as a support bracket (60) serving to fix in place a circuit board (11180). The main assembly components (291, 292, 293, 294, 261, 262) assemble together by means of assembly parts (2611, 2621), and are of different heat-conductive material. Additionally, the circuit board (11180) uses the support bracket (60) to clamp and position, the position thereof being adjustable, thereby lowering the cost of back frame (23) mold, being conducive to heat dissipation and to fastening the circuit board (11180), economizing on materials for the back frame (23), and reducing the production cost for the flat-panel display device (20).
