PURPOSE: Graphene dispersed solution and a manufacturing method thereof, and a graphene film using the same and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to evenly disperse reduced graphene oxide and to provide the excellent graphene film on electric conductance. CONSTITUTION: Graphene dispersed solution includes reduced graphene oxide and first organic solvent dispersing the reduced graphene oxide. The first organic solvent includes at least one selected from a group of dimethyl formamide, dimethyl sulphoxide, and acetonitrile. The reduced graphene oxide of 0.001 to 5 by weight is included in the first organic solvent based on the dimethyl formamide of 100 by weight.
