<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic coupling unit and a magnetic coupling system which are capable of reducing energy loss when operations using magnetic coupling between magnetic devices are performed. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic coupling unit comprises: one or more magnetic devices each capable of being magnetically coupled with another magnetic device in another unit; and one or more coupling reinforcing sections reinforcing the magnetic coupling. A magnetic coupling system comprises a plurality of magnetic coupling units each including one or more magnetic devices. The magnetic devices in one of the plurality of magnetic coupling units are allowed to be magnetically coupled with the magnetic devices in another of the magnetic coupling units.
