<p>The safety helmet comprises a first shell (3) capable of absorbing shocks caused by impacts on an outer surface (2a) of said helmet, an inner surface (3a) at least partially defined by the first shell (3) and intended to be oriented towards the head of the helmet wearer, and an impact indicator (4).
