The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a current collector for an electrochemical device, and comprises: a foil transfer device for continuously unrolling a metal foil, which is to be processed, from one side and continuously rolling the metal foil that is processed from the other side; and a foil processing unit, which is positioned on a moving path of the metal foil, for processing holes into the metal foil by means of photolithography. The present invention allows the apparatus for manufacturing the electrochemical device to form holes on the metal foil that is moving by means of the foil transfer device, by using the photolithography method, thereby precisely forming holes on the metal foil.
