PURPOSE: A water blocking agent is provided to accurately and rapidly diagnose the leakage from entombment ground of domestic animals after the mass-entombment of animal carcasses by the occurrence of infectious diseases. CONSTITUTION: A water blocking agent includes a soil contamination tracking material inserted for monitoring the leakage of leachate from animal carcasses, and a high-absorption material inside a container. Anaerobes and anaerobic alkalophilic microorganisms are inserted, coated, or injected to the animal carcasses inside and outside the container for promoting the decomposition. The soil contamination tracking material one or more substances selected from a dye with colors, a pigment, and an organic compound. The high-absorption material is selected from polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acid, polymethacrylic acid, polyethylene oxide, polyvinyl alcohol, gelatin, polysaccharide, cellulose group compounds, and chitosan. |
