PURPOSE: A light-emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the yield rate of a light-emitting device by preventing point defects and line defects. CONSTITUTION: A light-emitting device(104) is formed on a first substrate(100). An insulating layer(102) is formed on the light-emitting device. A row driver drives the light-emitting device. A column driver drives the light-emitting device. The row driver and column driver are installed on a second substrate.
