<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel nut wrench which achieves reduction in cost and weight, and to provide a manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The wheel nut wrench 10 includes a nut fitting part 11 that includes a nut fitting hole 11a therein and is formed at one end side of a handle by hot forging.
