PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of a representative three-dimensional coordinate representing a target image region on a frame image.

SOLUTION: A three-dimensional coordinate calculation device comprises: a score calculation unit that, from the three-dimensional coordinates of a plurality of candidate three-dimensional points as feature points of an object in a target image region including the object imaged on a frame image, calculates scores for the respective candidate three-dimensional points; and a representative three-dimensional coordinate calculation unit that calculates a representative three-dimensional coordinate as the three-dimensional coordinate of a point representing the target image region using statistical processing for the three-dimensional coordinates of the candidate three-dimensional points and the scores for the three-dimensional coordinates.
