<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-up control device of an internal combustion engine, configured to enable proper after-glow for enhancing warm-up performance of an engine 10. <P>SOLUTION: When the engine 10 is automatically stopped, if the cylinder inside temperature of the engine 10 becomes a lower limit value or less of a predetermined temperature range, a glow plug 32 is powered on, and if the cylinder inside temperature becomes an upper limit value or more of the predetermined temperature range, the glow plug 32 is powered off, to perform temperature maintenance control processing for maintaining the cylinder inside temperature in the predetermined temperature range. As the decreasing speed of the cooling water temperature of the engine 10 becomes high when the engine 10 is automatically stopped or the cooling water temperature becomes low when restarting the engine 10, after-glow control processing is performed for setting a longer power-on time to a glow plug 32 after resuming combustion of the engine 10 by idle reduction control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
