An exhaust device for a multi-cylinder engine, which is capable of suppressing a decrease in an ejector effect by a simple configuration, the exhaust device including: a plurality of independent exhaust passages (52) with the upstream ends thereof connected to an exhaust port of one cylinder or a plurality of cylinders having a non-sequential order of exhaust; and a collector portion (56) with a diameter gradually decreasing toward the downstream side of the exhaust flow direction, and into which exhaust that has passed through the independent exhaust passages (52) flows. The downstream ends of the independent exhaust passages (52) are connected to the upstream end of the collector portion (56) in a bundled state. The collector portion (56) or an exhaust passage (4) downstream of the collector portion (56) is provided with an O2 sensor (59) that partially blocks the exhaust flow passage.
