<p>Provided is a method for constructing a matrix foundation using hollow blocks comprising the steps of: leveling the ground to be reinforced; arranging a plurality of hollow blocks adjacent to each other, so that one side of the hollow blocks come into contact with the leveled ground, the hollow blocks having closed side walls dividing the central space which penetrates from one side to the other side thereof; and filling the central space with filler material comprising crushed rock and/or sandy soil. The present invention allows the ground with inadequate bearing capacity for supporting above-ground structure to support same by reinforcing the ground without having to construct a deep foundation, such as a stake.</p> |
