BIOSENSOR HAVING IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING SAME

Disclosed are technologies relating to a biosensor having identification information and an apparatus for measuring the same. The biosensor includes: a reaction substrate which reacts to an introduced specimen to generate a reaction signal; a housing coupled to the reaction substrate to form a specimen inlet port at one side thereof; and at least one identifier which is arranged to be attachable or detachable to or from the other side of the housing and which forms an identification shape for identifying the biosensor. Further, the apparatus for measuring the biosensor includes a sensor coupled unit for identifying the biosensor based on the identification shape generated by at least one identifier of the biosensor. Thus, the biosensor may provide identification information to the apparatus for measuring the biosensor so that the apparatus for measuring the biosensor can identify the biosensor even without a direct input from a user, and the apparatus for measuring the biosensor may identify the biosensor with low power consumption.
