PURPOSE: A battery output performance improving method at low vehicle temperature is provided to improve low temperature drivability by facilitating power supply from a battery pack. CONSTITUTION: A battery output performance improving method includes the following steps: a step of determining whether a vehicle needs low temperature drivability improvement(S10); a step of determining whether the temperature of a battery pack is below a fixed reference temperature(S20); and a step of lowering cut-off voltage of the battery to a fixed level, if the vehicle needs low temperature drivability improvement and the battery pack temperature is below the fixed reference temperature(S30).
