PURPOSE: A dough carrier is provided to enable hinges of supporting legs, which are provided on a main body, together with auxiliary casters to easily enter the inside of a dough conditioner, thereby having an effect of smooth bread making because one baker is capable of dealing multiple dough carriers on which a large amount of dough is mounted. CONSTITUTION: A dough carrier(100) is provided to have a load chamber(101), in which multiple loading plates(1) are layered, inside a main body(110). The main body has carrying handles(120) both on the front and rear sides of the upper part. The main body is equipped with casters(C), which are rollably mounted on a pair of supporting legs(130), on the front and rear sides of the lower part. The main body is equipped with auxiliary casters(140), which are guided and rolled ahead of the main body on the upper bottom of the entry side of a dough conditioner(2), on the front both sides. The support leg is formed to be folded by the casters which go backwards when the supporting legs are collided with the lower front side of the entry part of the dough conditioner. |
