PURPOSE: A sliding-type support device for a ceiling type descending device is provided to have a structure in a compact size, thereby reducing installation costs and hours; to prevent damage to indoor aesthetic by normally adhering to a ceiling of a building, thereby making maximum use of a space; and to be operated smoothly when moving to the outside by being slid in a straight line, thereby being performed quickly and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A sliding-type support device for a ceiling type descending device comprises a base plate(10), a holding arm(20), and fastening units(30,40). The base plate comprises a fixed bracket(11) which is fixed on a ceiling inside a building and a supporting plate(12) whose one side is inclined. The holding arm is installed to be sliding-movable in the length direction inside the holding arm, and composed of a hook(21) which is connected to a descending device to be detachable. The fastening units is equipped to fasten the holing arm, which moves inside a supporting plate of the base plate, on a fixed position.
