PURPOSE: Photovoltaic power generation multifunctional data communication system and method are provided to offer optimal photovoltaic generation efficiency by monitoring a photovoltaic power generation system in real time by calculating and analyzing generation of PV cell array and generation according to daylight irradiation of climate change in real time. CONSTITUTION: A photovoltaic generation multifunctional communication system(100) consists of a PV cell array(110), a weather measurement sensor unit(120), an inverter(130), a control unit(140) and a monitoring unit(150). The PV cell array unit is configured to have a plurality of PV cell strings(111) parallelly arranged in a predetermined unit and the each PV cell string consists of a serially connected plurality of PV cells. The weather measurement sensor unit measures each weather information including a measurement sensor, corresponding to each weather information, arranged around the PV cell array unit. The inverter receives the voltage generated from the each PV cell string. The control unit calculates generation of power by receiving the measured current and voltage, and controls an output signal corresponding to the daylight information calculated by receiving the weather measurement data measured in the weather measurement sensor unit. The monitoring unit perceives a state of the each PV cell string in real time by monitoring the generation of power and the daylight information calculated in the control unit.
