PURPOSE: A roller screw for an electric brake of a vehicle is provided to prevent the rising of manufacturing costs and to prevent assembly faults by preventing an assembly failure of a roller screw. CONSTITUTION: A roller screw(100) for an electric brake of a vehicle comprises a nut member(110), a roller member(120), and a spindle member(130). The nut member is compulsorily rotated by being connected to an output shaft of the electric brake and comprises an inner screw thread(112) along an inner surface. The roller member is inserted into the nut member and comprises a roller screw thread(122) on a peripheral surface in order to be connected to the inner screw thread. The spindle member is inserted into the nut member and comprises a spindle screw thread(132) in order to be connected to the outside of the roller member.
