PURPOSE: A door glass fixing unit for a vehicle is provided to improve workability and resolve complaints of consumers by compressing each fixing member through a fastening member and by fixing a door glass. CONSTITUTION: A door glass fixing unit(1) for a vehicle comprises a main fixing member(20) and a sub fixing member(30). The main fixing member is rotatably mounted on a guide rail connected to a door panel of the vehicle, and the lower part of a door glass is inserted into the main fixing member. The sub fixing member is fastened in the main fixing member through a fastening member and supports the door glass.
