PURPOSE: A light-emitting package is provided to improve reproducibility and reliability without degrading phosphor performance even at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A wavelength-conversion material comprises A_(3-x)Si_6O_3N_8F_y:B^(2+)_z where 0<x<3, 0<y<10, and 0.001<z<0.3, A is an alkaline-earth metal element, and B is a rare-earth element. A light-emitting device package comprises a first lead frame and a second lead frame; a light emitting diode which is electrically connected to the first lead frame and the second lead frame; and a wavelength-conversion material which is located on the light emitting diode is excited by light of a first wavelength light emitted from the light emitting diode and emits light of a second wavelength region.
