<p>The rotor blade (2) has a closed hollow chamber type profile cross-section portion that is provided with a profile nose portion along a rotor rotating direction (7). The profile nose portion is provided with a lift profile side and a resistivity profile side. An airfoil portion is located in the lift profile side. An open shovel is formed opposite to the rotating direction according to a type of resistor rotor. The lift profile side and the resistivity profile side of the profile nose portion are connected together at a profile rear edge portion.</p> |
