PURPOSE: A transistor amplification circuit and a power amplifier applying the same are provided to connect a transistor in parallel without using a transformer and without limiting the number of parallel connections. CONSTITUTION: A transistor amplification circuit includes transistors(210-240), a first delay line(251-255), and a second delay line(261-265). The transistors are connected with each other in parallel. At least one first delay line is connected between gate ends of two or more transistors. At least one second delay line is connected between drain ends of two or more transistors.
