PURPOSE: A gear box connection device of a sub-frame for a vehicle is provided to improve workability and reduce the number of components by improving a mounting structure of a gear box. CONSTITUTION: A gear box connection device(100) of a sub-frame for a vehicle comprises a pair of brackets(110) and a mounting unit(120). The brackets are fixed to a sub-frame(10) at regular intervals and comprise a fixing piece(115) at the lower part. The fixing piece is connected to the sub-frame and is fixed by welding. The mounting unit is included at the front end of the bracket, and a gear box(20) is mounted on the mounting unit. The mounting unit is formed in order to correspond to a binding unit(25) of a gear box.
