PURPOSE: A vessel for equipping a lifting device and a lifting method thereof are provided to minimize depth and time constraints while lifting and to stably lift while preventing the damage and safety accident of a lifting lug. CONSTITUTION: A vessel for equipping a lifting device comprises a mounting unit(10), an unmanned submarine, a lifting device, and a central control unit. The mounting unit is installed in between an outer casing and a pressure hull if a sunk vessel is a submarine. The mounting unit comprises a plurality of lifting lug(20), a door(30), and a fixing unit(40). The door is separated by remotely controlling the unmanned submarine and the hook of a lifting cable is mounted to the lifting lug. The sunk submarine is lifted by operating the lifting device.
