PURPOSE: A medicine supply apparatus is provided to fill a medicine storing box with a unit-dose of medicine. CONSTITUTION: A medicine supply apparatus comprises a body(10) which has a medicine supply part(20) on the top and a settling pat on the bottom; a medicine supply part which is positioned on the top of the body and supplies medicines to a potable medicine case which has multiple storage compartments; a medicine transport pat(30) which connects the medicine supply part and the portable medicine case; and a settling part which the portable medicine case is settled in and is pulled out to the front or pushed back. The medicine transport part is formed such that the medicine discharged from a medicine cassette falls in the storage compartments of the portable medicine case.
