<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing graphite paper having a powdered silver layer is provided to maximize the uniformity of substances forming a new material heat sink, to lighten the heat sink, and to replace metal such as aluminum with the heat sink having excellent heat conductive properties. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing graphite paper having a powdered silver layer includes: a step(S10) of manufacturing pulp powder; a step(S20) of forming a mixture of the pulp powder and one of graphite powder, graphene powder, and fullerene powder at a weight ratio of 2:8 to 4:6 in distilled water, stirring the mixture to be water-soluble, and then adding a water-soluble binder to the mixture; a step(S30) of scooping the mixture into a thin plate with a scoop net, removing water from the plate, and then drying the plate; a step(S40) of hot-rolling a result from the step(S30); and a step(S50) of forming the powdered silver layer on the surface of the result through a silver powder treatment. The water-soluble binder is a mixture of emulsion starch latex or PVA(Poly Vinyl Alcohol) and VAM(Vinyl Acetate Monomer), and is manufactured by injecting the VAM into the firstly melted PVA through a reflux reaction. The spreading amount of the water-soluble binder is 250 to 300g per square meter. The step(S40) for hot-rolling is implemented at a temperature range of 80-150 deg. C so that the water content of the result can be 3% or less. The silver powder treatment is implemented by a method for spraying a silver solution containing silver powder, a dipping or a coating method.
