PURPOSE: A gas remover using recyclable ion-exchange fibers is provided to increase process efficiency of foul odor and hydrogen sulfide. CONSTITUTION: A gas remover using recyclable ion-exchange fibers comprises housing(100), a top and bottom partitioning plate(110), a right and left partitioning plate, a left chamber(130), a right chamber(140), a lower chamber(150), a cartridge unit(500,500'), a gas inlet unit(200,200'), and a gas discharge unit(300), and a recycle fluid circulation path. The left chamber and the right chamber are positioned at the upper side of the top and bottom partitioning plate and are positioned on the left side and right side of the right and left partitioning plate. A certain amount of recycle fluid is filled into the left chamber, right chamber, and lower chamber. The lower chamber has a volume bigger than that of the left and right chambers. The cartridge unit is arranged in the right and left chambers and comprises one or more cartridges including ion exchange fibers. The gas inlet unit is positioned on one side of the right chamber and the left chamber and is positioned a part lower than the cartridge unit.
