<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of the solar cell by improving an interfacial adhesion between a support substrate and a rear electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is located on a support substrate. A light absorbing layer(300) is located on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is located on the light absorbing layer. A front electrode layer(600) is located on the buffer layer. An adhesion enhancing layer(700) is located between the support substrate and the rear electrode layer. The adhesion enhancing layer includes the metal of the rear electrode layer.</p> |
