PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a banana slot for a clutch pulley is provided to reduce the width of the banana slot as much as possible, thereby increasing absorption efficiency for a disc according to the improvement of magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a banana slot for a clutch pulley includes: a step of forming a flat surface on the outer circumferential surface of a head part(10); a step of circumferentially forming multiple rows of concave grooves on the inner circumferential surface of the head part at setting distances; and a step of machining the ceiling surfaces of the concave grooves in order to form the respective banana slots penetrating the flat surface. |
