PURPOSE: A heat exchanger assembly with a bypass function and an air circulation method using the same are provided to increase heat exchange efficiency with maximum heat transfer area and to directly flow external fresh air into an indoor space without heat exchange. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger assembly comprises a body(20), first and second heat exchangers(10,11), a first damper member(31), and a second damper member(32). The body has an internal space. The first and second heat exchangers are continuously arranged in the body along the lateral direction of the body. The first damper member is arranged between the outdoor-side air outlets(101a) of the first and second heat exchangers.
