CONDUCTIVE PASTE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND SOLAR CELL INCLUDING AN ELECTRODE FORMED USING THE CONDUCTIVE PASTE

PURPOSE: A conductive paste is provided to improve conductivity of an electrode, to reduce contact resistance with a lower film, and to prevent deterioration of a passivation film by making a low temperature sintering possible. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste comprises conductive powder; metal glass which has a glass transition temperature of 600°C or less and has a supercooled liquid phase; and an organic vehicle. At least a part of the metal glass is in an amorphous state. The amount of the conductive powder, metal glass, and organic vehicle are 30-99 wt%, 0.1-20wt%, and residual amount based on the total content of the conductive paste, respectively. An electronic device comprises an electrode which includes the sintered material of the conductive paste. The electrode does not have glass transition temperature.
