Cosmetic composition (A), comprises: (i) 0.01-5 wt.% of organosilicon compounds comprising silanes containing a silicon atom and siloxane comprising two or three silicon atoms, where the organosilicon compounds further comprises one or more basic chemical functions and one or more hydroxyl groups or hydrolyzable groups by molecule; (ii) one or more anionic surfactants; and (iii) one or more nonionic thickening agent, in a medium, where the weight ratio of the organosilcon compound to the anionic surfactant is at least 5x 10 -> 4>. An independent claim is included for cosmetic treatment of keratin fibers, preferably human keratin fibers such as hair, comprising applying (A) on the fibers, and rinsing after possible exposure time.
