<p>A motorcycle tire (1) for running on rough terrain comprises a tread portion (2) having a unidirectional tread pattern and provided with T-sided blocks (21) having a top surface (12), a heel-side sidewall surface (14) extending from a heel-side edge (12f) of the top surface, and a toe-side sidewall surface (15) extending from a toe-side edge (12b) of the top surface. The heel-side sidewall surface has an inclination angle ± of from 0 to 15 degrees. The toe-side sidewall surface has a radially outer region (15A) having a height of from 20 to 55 % of the block height and inclined at an angle ² of from 20 to 45 degrees. A radially inner region (15B) of the toe-side sidewall surface has: a central part (15Ba) inclined at the same angle ² as the radially outer region; a pair of lateral parts (15Bb) located one on each side of the central part and having an inclination angle ³ of from 0 to 15 degrees; and a pair of stepped parts (15Bc) extending between the lateral parts and the central part in a direction crosswise to the toe-side edge.</p> |
