PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of a product by minimizing outgassing from a color filter to an organic layer. CONSTITUTION: A color filter layer is formed on a substrate. A planarization layer(120) is formed on the color filter layer. A thin film transistor is formed on the planarization layer. A first electrode(190) is formed on the thin film transistor and is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. A bank layer(200) is located on the first electrode and includes an opening part to expose a part of the first electrode. An organic layer(210) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode is formed on a light emitting layer.
