PURPOSE: A batter plate as a base plate and a construction method using the same are provided to precisely set a standard for levelness and a verticality of a foundation, a column, and a wall and to be used as the base plate to anchor the column. CONSTITUTION: A batter plate as a base plate comprises a plurality of anchor bolts(110), a horizontal member(120), a vertical member(130), and a bracing member(140). The anchor bolt is installed to protrude from a base surface(210) in which a column is constructed. Each upper surface of the horizontal member and the vertical member is fixed so that a bolt hole(BH) penetrates the anchor bolt. The horizontal member and the vertical member control a horizontal level with coupling nuts(N1,N2) individually coupled with the upper surface and lower surface of the anchor bolt and are fixed by being separated from the base surface. The bracing member connects the horizontal member and the vertical member and fixes positions of the horizontal member and the vertical member. |
