WOOD FRAMED LIGHTWEIGHT WALL WITH MIDDLE LINTEL AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A timber frame lightweight wall using a middle lintel and a construction method thereof are provided to obtain fire resistance performance and sound insulation performance of the timber frame lightweight wall. CONSTITUTION: A timber frame lightweight wall(100) using a middle lintel(130) comprises an upper timber frame(110), a lower timber frame(120), the middle lintel, both fire resistance boards(140), and an insulation material. The upper timer frame is formed in a square frame shape using wall girders(111,112) and a stud(113). The lower timber frame is formed in a square frame shape using the wall girders(121,122) and the stud(123). The middle lintel is connected between the upper part and the lower part of the upper and lower timber frames and is installed in order to individually classify the upper and lower timber frames. Both fire resistance boards are installed on the front surface and the rear surface of the middle lintel and the upper and lower timber frames. The insulation material is inserted between the fire resistance boards and studs.
