PURPOSE: A fake fuel detecting device and a vehicle including the same are provided to prevent a fake fuel from being sold and to prevent the fuel from being refueled into the vehicle with moisture by improving management of a fuel storage tank in a gas station. CONSTITUTION: A fake fuel detecting device comprises a temperature sensor(110), a weight sensor(120), a first valve(130), a second valve(140), a third valve(150), an alarm module(160), and a control unit. The temperature sensor measures the temperature of a sub fuel tank. The weight sensor measures the total weight of the sub fuel tank. The first valve opens or closes an interval between a main fuel tank and the sub fuel tank. The second valve directly opens or closes an oil hole and the main fuel tank. The third valve opens or closes the interval between the sub fuel tank and the oil hole. The alarm module informs a driver that a refueled fuel is determined as a fake fuel with a voice. The control unit operates an alarm module when the refueled fuel is determined as the fake fuel.
