PURPOSE: A bubble collecting and transporting apparatus is provided to maintain clean sea water and not to damage seaweeds and fish by perfectly collect, transport, and pulverize bubbles to allow flow of reduced water. CONSTITUTION: A bubble collecting and transporting apparatus comprises a floating wall body(101) and a counter weight. The floating wall body is manufactured by welding a thin stainless plate in a shape of a box and has a large buoyancy in water. The counter weight balances a total weight of the floating wall body and a mechanical device placed thereon. An anti-bubble cover(102) is covered on one side of the floating wall body, and an air blower or a vacuum pump duct(103) that is connected to an upper part of the anti-bubble cover inhales the bubbles. The counter weight is inserted in a support pillar in order to prevent an ambient environmental interference.
