PURPOSE: A building automatic control equipment capable of using neogenesis energy as a power source when power is in a peak is provided to block power supplied from commercial power in the power peak time zone during the winter time and the summer time and to use the cumulated power by using an exhaust fan. CONSTITUTION: According to the rotation of an exhaust fan(300), the power generated from a developing unit(100) is supplied to a lighting controller storage battery(21), an equipment controller storage battery(31), and a power controller storage battery(41). A power blockage controller(60) blocks the power supplied from a power unit(50) in the power peak time zone by the control of a central control device(10), and supplies the power stored in each storage battery to a lighting controller(20), an equipment controller(30), and a power controller(40).
