PURPOSE: A power conversion device is provided to control the unbalance phenomenon of the voltage applied in a DC link shift which shows up depending on the switching status without an additional algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A generator converter(20) is connected to a generator(100). A DC link shift(30) is connected to the generator converter. The DC link shift comprises an upper capacitor(32) and a lower capacitor(34). A system converter(40,40') is connected between a system(200) and the DC link shift. The system converter comprises a plurality of level two converter which is connected in serial.
