PURPOSE: A cooperation type power model generation method and a service device are provided to collect the information of a multiuser by a chunk unit, thereby generating a power model of a mobile device in universal environment. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting/receiving unit(11) receives chunk data from a mobile device and provides power models and hardware power consumption data to the software of the mobile device. The power models are generated for each mobile device. A chunk data storage unit(12) stores the received chunk data for each mobile device. A power model generation unit(13) generates the power models and the hardware power consumption data using the chunk data. A power model storage unit(14) stores the power models and the hardware power consumption data.
