PURPOSE: A particle filter unit and a particle feeding system having the same are provided to prevent the generation of a harmful working condition. CONSTITUTION: A particle filter unit comprises filter housing(11) and one or more weight measuring devices(14). Liquid(13) is stored inside the filter housing at a certain level. The weight measuring device measures the weight of the filter housing. An air transfer line(4) and an air vent line(5) are connected to the filter housing. The low end of the air transfer line is inserted into the lower part of the surface(13a) of the liquid. The air vent line is extended to the outside on the surface of the liquid.
