Heating element

The heating element (1) has tube (3) for a liquid heat source, a supply connection (4) and a return port (5). The first pressure-resistant coupling to the supply connection and a second pressure-resistant coupling to the return port are provided to prevent unintentionally exit of the heat source such as glycol mixture from tube. An insulating material is arranged between the bottom portion of tank (2) and the tube. An independent claim is included for mobile floor heating.
