PURPOSE: A cooling unit of a cold water ionizer is provided to control the refrigerant temperature of an evaporator according to the temperature of a heat storage agent. CONSTITUTION: A cooling unit of a cold water ionizer comprises a cold storage pipe(110), a raw water pipe(120), a cooling part(130), a temperature sensor(140), and a temperature control part(150). The cold storage pipe has a receiving space in which a cold storage agent is received. The raw water pipe is installed inside the cold storage pipe. Raw water flows in the raw water pipe to heat-exchange with the cold storage agent. The cooling part is installed in the receiving space to cool the cold storage agent. The temperature sensor is installed in the receiving space to measure the temperature of the cold storage agent. The temperature control part controls the cooling part to maintain the temperature of the cold storage agent below a predetermined temperature.
