PURPOSE: A hydraulic cylinder tuning apparatus for lifting a vehicle is provided to effectively control tuning deviation by automatically controlling the tuning variation of a main cylinder and an auxiliary cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder tuning apparatus for lifting a vehicle comprises a first cylinder(10), a second cylinder(20), a hydraulic line part, and a first tuning part. The first cylinder is divided into a first chamber(A) and a second chamber(B) by a first piston(11). A first fluid entrance(15) is formed in the first chamber. A second fluid entrance is formed in the second chamber. A first piston rod(12) is lifted according to a pressure difference between both sides of the first piston. The hydraulic line part comprises a main supply line(H0) for supplying hydraulic pressure to the first chamber through a first fluid entrance; and a first connection line(H1) for connecting the second fluid entrance and a third fluid entrance(25). The first tuning part connects the main supply line and the first connection line in the latter half or at the completion time of a lowering cycle of the first piston and a second piston.
