PURPOSE: An optical sheet, an optical sheet manufacturing method, and a backlight unit using thereof are provided to enable the maximum improvement of brightness without an additional optical sheet, to obtain the white light which is similar to the natural light when using in the backlight unit by increasing the diffusion and light receiving efficiency due to an intaglio pattern of a rear side, and to prevent the light amount loss and brightness reduction at an interface of a prism pattern layer and base film and an interface of the intaglio pattern layer and base film, by integrally forming the intaglio pattern of the prism pattern and rear side. CONSTITUTION: A prism pattern(110) is formed in one side and an intaglio pattern(120) is formed in the other side of an optical sheet(100), integrally. The intaglio pattern is positioned inside a first intaglio pattern and the first intaglio pattern which is a semi-spherical shape, and includes a second intaglio pattern in which the shape is one among a prism shape, a fresnel lens shape, and a semi-spherical shape. |
